NASA and Apollo 11 enthusiasts. We have some news for you.

A space expert has recently made some shocking statements about the Apollo program and we’re here to tell you all about it.

Apollo 11 has landed on the Moon on July 20, 1969. It was one of the greatest achievements of the last century, but people are starting to think that NASA can make a lot of improvements for the next mission to the Moon and that Elon Musk and SpaceX can make a difference now.

An official from the space nation Asgardia thinks that people like Elon Musk are capable of improving the 1969 achievement. He also believes that Apollo 11 was an inefficient Moon landing because the system back then wasn’t necessarily the best one.

But why Elon Musk?

The Asgardian politician has his money on Elon Musk because he has experience and an innovative perspective of the spaceflight. A good example for that is the development of Falcon 9 booster rocket, which is also reusable.

What‘s so impressive about the Falcon rocket?

Well, Lembit Öpik gave us all the answers. SpaceX is able to launch satellites and spacecraft into space, but without losing the rocket during the mission or after its completion. That’s really incredible and a big improvement.

Also, Lembit Öpik mentioned that the Big Falcon Rocket which was built with NASA’s support, is one of the most powerful rockets of all time and it comes from a private company.

SpaceX is working constantly on developing economical and re-launchable vehicles and that’s a big step forward from Apollo 11’s achievement.

We have one last fact for you, in  2018 Elon Musk let us know that Yusaku Maezawa will be the first person to go to the Moon on a rocket made by SpaceX. The launch it’s supposed to happen in 2023.
