One simple way is by journaling every day or doing meditation so that we can observe our thoughts and emotions objectively without judgment or criticism.
  • You are in control of your actions and emotions. You might think that you have no control over your emotions or actions, but this is a misconception. You can always choose to see things differently, even if the situation does not change.
  • Stop comparing yourself to others. Your life is unique and special in its own way; there’s no need to compare yourself to others all the time because they do not have the same experiences as you do. The more time you spend worrying about what other people think of you, the less time will be spent doing something productive with your life!
  • You can learn from your mistakes. If you make a mistake, don’t let it define who you are. Instead, use it as an opportunity to learn and grow from it. By doing so, you will become a better person each time.
